• Make-believe currencies in history - with special reference to gold, paper certificates, Reichsmarks, electronic blips. Also reference to the Kabalah origins of bitcoins, and some bitcoins koans
• Thermodynamic principles of barter economies, coops, hackerspaces, and the cost of buying the rights to print money
